Remember, the National Disability Insurance Scheme will provide extra funding for you to engage a Plan Manager so there is no cost to you to use our services.

Ensure you request funding for Improved Life Choices with support for plan management and financial capacity building set up costs and plan management financial administration at your planning meeting.

Our Claims Process

Invoice

We receive an invoice from you or your service provider.

We check the details of the invoice to ensure it is in line with your budget and funding requirements.

Authorise

We seek your confirmation of the services you have received and approval for the invoice to be paid.

Claim

We will submit and monitor the invoice claim for payment from the NDIA.

Pay invoice

Once the claim is successful, we will arrange for the invoice to be paid pand notify your service provider.
